Job summary

McGraw Hill is hiring two Software Engineering Managers to lead Connect, its digital learning platform. Reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, you will guide and develop engineers, drive delivery, and uphold engineering excellence in a SOX- and SOC 2-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience and at least 2 years in engineering leadership.
• Experience leading engineering teams in agile settings.
• Broad web stack experience including frontend and backend technologies and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop software engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Manage vendor teams and partnerships to support effective delivery and alignment with goals.
• Own team commitments and deliver on time across products and initiatives.
