Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across core subsystems of our simulation software platform.

You will guide architectural decisions, champion modern engineering practices, and lead the delivery of complex features with autonomy and expert domain knowledge. The role focuses on desktop software development in a Windows environment, requires experience with C/C++, MFC, XML/JSON, and applying ML to simulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of desktop software development experience, ideally in simulation software.
• Proficiency in modern C (C14 or later).
• Experience developing Windows applications with Visual Studio (2019 or later).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) for Windows UI development.
• Experience with object serialization and structured data formats (XML, JSON).
• Applying ML to simulation.
