Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a fully remote role in the United States. You will provide technical leadership across core subsystems of our simulation software, guiding architectural decisions and delivering complex features with significant autonomy.

The candidate should have strong desktop software development experience, expertise in C++14+, and a background in Windows development with Visual Studio and MFC, plus XML/JSON serialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in desktop software development.
• Experience with MODFLOW, MT3D or related contamination transport modeling preferred.
• Proficiency in modern C++ (C++14 or later).
• Experience developing Windows applications with Visual Studio (2019 or later) and familiarity with MFC for Windows UI.
