Qualifications

• 7+ years of full stack software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• 2+ years of technical leadership, mentorship, or lead developer experience.
• Strong experience with: C#, .NET / .NET Core, SQL Server.
• API development and enterprise integrations.
• Experience establishing development standards and software architecture.
• Familiar with enterprise system integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
• Ability to balance technical leadership with hands‑on development.
• Works well independently but can communicate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support custom business applications.
• Lead full stack development efforts utilizing C#, .NET, Angular, SQL, and APIs.
• Define and maintain application architecture and development standards.
