Qualifications

• 7+ years of full stack software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• 2+ years of technical leadership, mentorship, or lead developer experience.
• Strong experience with: C#, .NET / .NET Core, SQL Server.
• API development and enterprise integrations.
• Experience establishing development standards and software architecture.
• Familiar with enterprise system integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
• Ability to balance technical leadership with hands‑on development.
• Works well independently but can communicate in a team environment.

This role partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions that support company-wide initiatives.

Must Haves:

• 7+ years of full stack software development experience

Compensation:

Starting at $130,000 per year annual salary.
