Job summary

PSI CRO is seeking a Lead Software Developer to drive full-stack projects from concept to production in a remote US setting. You will architect, develop, and maintain software while guiding junior and mid-level engineers and making key technical decisions.

You will participate in SCRUM, align with business goals, and ensure scalable systems that meet user needs. A strong Microsoft stack background and 5+ years of experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years in full-stack development.
• Experience with Microsoft technology stack and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of networking and SDN in cloud environments.
• Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale production systems.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software development projects from start to finish.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Architect, develop, and maintain software applications per requirements.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and improve software performance.
• Participate in Daily SCRUM and make technical decisions.
• Update SCRUM boards and tasks until marked Done.
• Collaborate with PSI teams to ensure software meets user needs and goals.
• Document software development processes and code standards.
• Stay updated with latest tech trends and adopt new tools.
