Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead .NET Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems on Microsoft technology stacks, with 100% remote work across the U.S.

The role spans the full engineering lifecycle—from requirements and architecture to hands-on implementation, code review, deployment, and post-release support—emphasizing scalable APIs, responsive front-ends, and cloud integration on Azure or AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of professional software development experience building production-grade enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, design patterns, and end-to-end system design.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API, including DI, async/await, and middleware design.
• Hands-on front-end experience with Angular or React.
• Strong SQL skills with SQL Server, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and Git-based version control, including branch strategies and release workflows.
• Hands-on experience deploying to Azure or AWS and cloud services integration.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and distributed systems on Microsoft stacks.
• Own full engineering lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post-release support.
• Develop scalable APIs and responsive front-end applications with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Deploy and operate solutions in Azure or AWS with focus on security and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure code quality, observability, and performance.
