Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer (C#+ .NET) for a REMOTE role (EST). You will lead a team building payment and billing solutions, while also contributing hands-on development.

The role requires 8+ years of software engineering with strong full stack in .NET and C#, plus 2+ years of team leadership. Experience with microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server, and cloud platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with strong full stack in .NET and C#.
• 2+ years leading engineers as Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or Technical Lead.
• Hands-on experiência building and supporting microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server databases, and Azure or AWS.
• Proven experience owning delivery, architecture decisions, code quality, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full stack engineers and QA professionals while fostering strong engineering practices and code quality standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React, TypeScript, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and cloud technologies.
• Own technical roadmap planning, system architecture, modernization initiatives, API design, and delivery execution.
• Drive the reliability and accuracy of payment, billing, payout, and reconciliation systems while supporting integrations with payment processors and financial platforms.
