Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Lead Service Designer to guide the Insurance Product Experience (IPX) in transforming member experiences across channels. You will work with business stakeholders, co-create solutions, and deliver artifacts that communicate concepts clearly.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a design/research degree, and mastery of tools like Figma, Lucid/Miro, PPT, and Adobe Creative Suite. Remote work with potential travel and a $115k–$158k yearly pay range is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design or research field.
7+ years of relevant industry experience.
Portfolio showing journey mapping, user research, prototyping, information design or illustration.
Proficiency in Figma, Lucid/Miro, PPT and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead vision definition and concept development, research, analysis and prototyping.
Lead co-creation workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to improve service experiences.
Design and deliver artifacts such as service blueprints, prototypes and concept illustrations.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product teams and marketing for seamless integrations.
Demonstrate emotional IQ and build relationships with business stakeholders.
Stay informed on industry trends in health insurance, digital health and service design.
