Deckers Brands is seeking a Lead Recruiter - Product Creation to drive end-to-end recruitment for Product Management, Design, Product Development, Innovation, and Engineering across Footwear and Apparel Product Creation Teams.

You will partner with hiring leaders to develop strategies, build pipelines, and ensure a candidate-centric hiring process in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Remote in US with Pacific Time Zone preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years full-cycle recruitment experience in a matrixed environment.
• Experience recruiting for Product Creation roles in Footwear and Apparel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment to meet hiring objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by leveraging sourcing strategies.
