Deckers Brands in the United States seeks a Lead Recruiter, Product Creation, to attract and recruit diverse talent for Product Management, Design, Product Development, Innovation, and Engineering across Footwear and Apparel Product Creation teams. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment with a candidate-centric process and partner with hiring leaders to develop recruitment strategies that engage top talent.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a matrixed environment.
• Consultative support blending strategic insight with execution.
• Proven track record in fast-paced corporate settings.
• Experience recruiting for Product Creation in footwear and apparel.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence senior hiring leaders throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Product Creation roles with a candidate-centric process.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment to meet hiring objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain a consistent sourcing funnel with talent pools and market mapping.
• Partner with business leaders, HR and Compensation on recruitment strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends to identify competitive sourcing strategies.
• Ensure candidates align with Deckers Brands core values throughout hiring.
• Deliver a positive, efficient experience for all applicants.
