This is not a people-manager role, but includes mentoring and technical oversight, with hands-on testing and automation when needed. Location: United States; remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional quality engineering, software testing, or test automation.
• 3+ years operating as a domain-level quality expert across distributed platforms.
• Influence on quality practices, automation frameworks, or standards across teams.
• Deep experience with test automation strategy, tooling, and quality improvement.
• Experience in large product environments with multiple Agile teams and high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for ExamDeveloper quality system and release confidence.
• Partner with Product Architect and Engineering to define long-term automation strategy.
• Drive improvements to make testing more automated, efficient, and risk-aligned.
• Establish quality metrics informing decision-making across domains.
• Mentor senior quality engineers and build quality capability across teams.
• Provide technical oversight of QA practices and artifacts for maintainability.
