The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing complex customer-facing technology implementations and experience with fiber delivery projects. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ≥5 years in related field.
• Experience managing complex customer-facing technology implementations.
• Experience with fiber delivery projects; knowledge of OSP/ISP infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills; ability to report to executives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex customer implementations throughout the full lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, deliverables, success metrics.
• Serve as primary customer contact; provide updates and align scope and timelines.
• Produce concise status and executive risk reports; escalate issues.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors to meet delivery timelines.
• Mentor team members and identify additional customer needs for future opportunities.
