Lumen Technologies is seeking a Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of projects involving the relocation, maintenance, and construction of outside plant facilities. You will coordinate engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications network engineering, construction, maintenance, and repair environments.
• Project management and coordination skills.
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of CAD, 3GIS, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in current approved products and technology.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end projects involving relocation, maintenance, repair, and construction of outside plant facilities.
• Oversee construction from concept through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and delivery requirements.
• Build effective relationships with engineering vendors, construction contractors, trade workers, and project managers.
• Balance workloads across resources to support project schedules and delivery commitments; monitor vendor work and coordinate corrective action.
• Serve as the field interface for engineering and construction activities.
• Report project progress to stakeholders and maintain accurate information in systems.
• Create GCRs for maintenance activities on the fiber network.
