Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Provider Direct Connect to shape strategy and execution of a provider-facing product. You will drive integration, connectivity, and engagement across healthcare partners, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

Remote US-based role with strong cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include defining the vision, prioritizing backlog, and delivering outcomes that strengthen long-term partnerships with providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, or related fields.
• Experience developing product strategy from concept to delivery.
• Strong cross-functional initiative and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with integration-based products, platforms, or APIs.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the provider connectivity product.
• Refine the backlog to align investments with customer value and business outcomes.
• Develop scalable integration solutions to enhance provider engagement.
• Identify business needs and opportunities through collaboration with provider organizations.
• Build relationships with providers and cross-functional partners to ensure successful product outcomes.
• Advocate for timely resolution of issues impacting provider operations.
• Collaborate with teams to define integration standards and long-term capabilities.
