You will mentor other product managers, collaborate with government partners, and drive measurable outcomes across design, research, and engineering, in a remote, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Proven success delivering high-quality products with agile delivery cycles.
• Experience using user research, usability testing, and data analytics to inform decisions.
• Strong product judgment on prototyping, experiments, and direction changes.
• Experience crafting and reviewing roadmaps, strategies, and feature specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own product strategies and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Make informed trade-offs balancing user needs, partner expectations, and timelines.
• Communicate vision, strategy, and priorities clearly to teams and stakeholders.
• Align with government partners and stakeholders to define shared goals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to test, develop, and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Apply iterative delivery to keep products aligned with strategic objectives.
