Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner to lead discovery, prototyping, and requirements for public sector-focused products. You will own the backlog, define epics, and collaborate with engineering teams across offshore partners, including India.

You will translate business needs into PRDs, leverage Claude AI in prototyping and design, and drive agile ceremonies, UAT, and release readiness. Remote-ready in the United States with cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/PM in Agile software development.
• Proven backlog management, prioritization, and delivering outcomes.
• Experience using Claude across product lifecycle.
• Ability to translate ideas into PRDs and sprint-ready work.
• Strong Jira proficiency and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into prototypes and UI/UX concepts.
• Create PRDs and leverage AI to accelerate research and drafting.
• Engage with public sector customers and internal teams for requirements.
• Convert PRDs into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Serve as day-to-day product owner for engineering teams.
• Facilitate agile rituals and coordinate releases with stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and communications across teams.
• Track initiatives and roadmaps in Asana and update priorities in Aha!
