Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the offering management of Honeywell Forge cloud-hosted applications for utilities, focusing on bringing AI capabilities to utility operations.

You will define what we build to support utility workflows and ensure our product investments deliver measurable value across utility operations. You will report to the Sr Director Business Segment and work on a remote schedule, collaborating with Solution Architects, Sales, and customers

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software product management experience.
• Cloud software product management experience in SaaS.
• Familiarity with utility analytics, MDM, GIS/CIS integration, or DERMS use cases.
• Market-back product development from customer research (VOC) and competitive analysis.
• AI/ML product fluency for B2B context.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and roadmap for Forge Utility Software portfolio.
• Own AI features roadmap across the portfolio and translate AI capabilities into utility outcomes.
• Conduct VOC and competitive analysis with Solution Architects, Sales, and customers.
• Align engineering priorities by feeding requirements to R&D.
