Job summary

Responsibilities include defining product requirements, roadmaps, and AI feature strategy, plus VOC-driven market discovery and collaboration with engineering to align architecture and priorities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software product management experience.
• Experience shipping cloud-native B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with utility analytics, MDM, GIS/CIS integration, or DERMS.
• Ability to build roadmaps from customer research and VOC.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and roadmap for Forge Utility Software.
• Set AI feature strategy across portfolio and translate AI capabilities into outcomes.
• Conduct VOC and competitive analysis with stakeholders and customers.
• Align requirements with engineering/R&D and platform architecture.
