Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation seeks a Lead Pricing and Costing Analyst to drive cost development and pricing strategy for government and commercial proposals. You will partner across engineering, finance, procurement, and program management to build sound cost bases and competitive pricing through the full proposal lifecycle.

You will influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations, manage multiple proposals, and lead continuous improvement in costing models and processes.

Qualifications

• Lead cost and pricing activities for complex proposals (RFP to award).
• Develop and validate proposal cost bases and BOEs.
• Provide pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost and pricing activities for complex development and production proposals, including negotiations and RFIs.
• Develop and validate proposal cost bases: BOEs, materials, labor, overhead.
• Create pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and risk.
• Guide Analysts and cross-functional teams on costing methodologies.
• Present pricing assumptions, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Maintain Bills of Materials and ensure costing accuracy across proposals.
