Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer - Power BI to design and deliver enterprise BI solutions for US clients. You will lead data modelling, SQL development, and Fabric/Snowflake implementations while mentoring engineers and guiding client discussions.

Based on the USA, this onshore, client-facing role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications with a focus on performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on Power BI experience for enterprise dashboards and reports.
Strong data modelling skills with star/snowflake schemas.
Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and data preparation.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric and related components is a plus.
Excellent communication and client-facing leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
Design scalable data models to support performance and maintainability.
Write and optimize SQL queries and Snowpark scripts for data extraction and reporting.
Architect and implement solutions leveraging Fabric and Snowflake services.
Mentor engineers and manage client discussions, requirements, and walkthroughs.
Ensure governance, security, and best practices across BI environments.
