Job summary

NTT DATA Services seeks a Power BI - Data Engineering Lead to drive enterprise BI initiatives on-site in Westlake, TX or Raleigh, NC. You will own BI frameworks, optimize performance, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics across 20+ business units.

You will manage gateway deployments, collaborate on Fabric migration, and ensure data security. Requires 10+ years in data engineering and 5+ years in Power BI with strong governance and RBAC experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering with enterprise analytics focus.
• 5+ years in Power BI, including framework development and enterprise enablement.
• 5+ years scripting in Python and PowerShell.
• 2+ years on Snowflake as the primary analytics platform.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Power BI at the enterprise level across 20+ business units.
• First-responder for dashboard issues and framework-level escalations.
• Maintain 10-15 enterprise Power BI frameworks for automation and upgrades.
• Perform POCs and adapt to evolving BI tools.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure standards and performance.
• Manage Power BI Gateway deployments across 200+ VMs.
• Support migration to Microsoft Fabric capacity and manage premium capacity.
• Ensure secure handling of highly confidential data with encryption.
• Troubleshoot Snowflake connectivity and optimize queries.
• Build and maintain robust batch and streaming data pipelines using Python and PowerShell.
