Freedom Fertility Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services and The Cigna Group, seeks a Lead Pharmacy Technician to coordinate daily workflow and mentor a team of technicians. This remote role requires AZ residency and a strong grasp of pharmacy processes and patient guidance on medication coverage.

Qualifications

• Lead Pharmacy Technician with strong mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily workflow in the pharmacy.
• Lead team huddles and provide coaching to technicians.
• Interact with healthcare providers and guide patients on medication coverage.
• Train new employees and conduct quality/productivity audits.
• Create, modify, and adhere to SOPs/SWI.
