Freedom Fertility Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services and part of The Cigna Group, seeks a Lead Pharmacy Technician to guide a team handling fertility medications. You will oversee daily workflow, coach technicians, and coordinate with providers on coverage while supporting training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Arizona residents with a pharmacy technician background will operate in a work-from-home role, enabling you to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and patient-focused

Qualifications

• 2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience.
• AZ license and national certification.
• Strong math and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily workflow in the pharmacy.
• Lead team huddles and provide coaching to pharmacy technicians.
• Interact with healthcare providers and guide patients about medication coverage.
• Support and train new employees.
• Conduct quality and productivity audits.
• Identify training opportunities and SOP/SWI adherence.
• Cross-train in multiple areas while maintaining accuracy.
• Champion continuous improvement at team/site/work stream.
• Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail.
