Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to lead our Washington practice. You will manage a plaintiff PI caseload from intake through trial, acting as the firm’s lead litigation attorney in Washington, and collaborating with leadership to shape strategy.

Role emphasizes strong trial advocacy, settlements, and relationships with medical providers and experts. Remote work capability and leadership duties are a focus for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Extensive deposition, mediation, arbitration, and courtroom experience.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload from pre-suit through trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through trial or settlement.
• Handle MVA, CVA, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex injury claims.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, settlement negotiations, and jury trials.
• Develop litigation strategies that maximize client outcomes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate documents as needed.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and litigation support staff.
• Build relationships with medical providers, expert witnesses, investigators, and litigation professionals throughout Washington.
• Assist in developing Washington-specific litigation procedures and best practices.
• Mentor attorneys and staff as the firm's Washington practice continues to grow.
