Job summary

Sagility is seeking a lead developer for Forecast and Harvest who will own the technical direction, write core code, and shape software quality end-to-end. You will collaborate with AI and technology teams to push AI features into production, leveraging GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.

You will work autonomously within Sagility’s trusted engineering and QA frameworks while delivering real value to health plans and providers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production web apps.
• Deep, current server-side C# / .NET experience.
• Angular with TypeScript and component architecture.
• SQL with large healthcare datasets and performance tuning.
• Azure App Service, Azure SQL, and related services.
• Daily use of generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code) in development.
• Track record of technical ownership and end-to-end system direction.
• Ability to work remotely with clear written communication and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design for Forecast and Harvest.
• Enhance products with AI-enabled features with AI teams.
• Build features end to end from database to API to Angular front end.
• Adhere to security, compliance (PHI) standards and best practices.
• Drive code quality, testing, releases, and performance improvements.
• Support and enhance existing functionality alongside new development.
• Translate business requirements into working software with cross-functional teams.
• Own production quality and client-facing reporting cycles.
