Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a Lead AI .NET Developer for a remote US contract. The role centers on hands-on construction of production-grade C#/.NET code, building agentic AI workflows, and deploying automated pipelines.

You will partner with the Lead AI Engineer to transform the SDLC and boost developer productivity across teams. Responsibilities include implementing multi-agent SDLC tooling, integrating with GitHub Copilot and Actions, and ensuring code quality and security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expert in C#/.NET, with strong backend tooling.
• Proven experience building production-grade AI/LLM apps.
• Experience automating software pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
• Skilled in spec-driven development using JSON schemas to drive automation.
• Customer-focused DevEx mindset to reduce developer friction.
• Hands-on pragmatism, coaching engineers through agentic transformations.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy stateful multi-agent workflows in C#/.NET.
• Translate specs and JSON schemas into machine-readable formats guiding autonomous code generation.
• Develop extensions/plugins for GitHub Copilot and GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams through pair programming and live debugging.
• Optimize tokens and costs via context management and routing between LLMs.
• Enforce guardrails, security checks, and code quality for AI-generated code.
• Gather feedback from developers to refine prompts, agent loops, and DevEx.
