Scalable Path is seeking a Senior Full-stack .NET Developer to join the team in a fully remote, full-time capacity (40 hours/week). You will lead the design and development of scalable web applications using .NET Core MVC and C#, sharpen SQL queries, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders across the Americas to deliver robust solutions.

The role emphasizes architectural thinking, coding standards, and proactive problem solving, with a focus on hospitality/operations domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET Core MVC.
• Extensive experience with SQL and query optimization.
• Experience leading projects from planning to delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of web apps using .NET Core MVC and C#.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Architect and maintain backend data movement and transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Establish coding standards, workflows, and best practices for the team.
• Participate in and lead code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring quality.
