Job summary

Blue Ribbon Global Technologies is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Application Developer to own Azure software tasks across distributed scrum teams. You will drive end-to-end development in .NET, Angular, and modern frontend tech while guiding shift-left CI/CD and secure coding practices.

Collaborating across geographic locations, you’ll translate requirements into agile user stories, author documentation, and ensure environmental parity from development to production.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience as a developer building and deploying enterprise APIs and websites in Azure.
• Experience guiding an application team to CI/CD and shift-left practices.
• Familiarity with Azure Gov Cloud, FedRAMP, FISMA, and Zero Trust is desirable.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML and Angular.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on full-stack development in .NET and Azure across distributed scrum teams.
• Translate requirements into agile user stories, tasks, and reference docs.
• Mentor and enable teams to adopt modern CI/CD and shift-left practices.
• Ensure secure, testable code with CI pipelines and automated testing.
• Manage feature flags, dark launches, and environmental parity across geographies.
• Tune performance, resiliency, and disaster recovery readiness via telemetry.
• Coordinate with product owner and QA for acceptance criteria and RTM depth.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
