Qualifications

• Strong professional software development experience with C# and .NET.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of eight full-stack developers.
• Remain hands-on with development about 50% of the time.
• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise apps with C#, .NET, Azure, Angular.
• Provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, cloud, and data.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead architecture, design, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in complex feature development and production issue resolution.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, and performance.
• Mentor developers and strengthen team capabilities.
• Coordinate work assignments and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and blockers to delivery.
• Modernize existing apps with current .NET, Azure, API practices.
