Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas seeks an experienced Lead Full-Stack Application Developer to own Azure software tasks within distributed scrum teams. You will translate complex requirements into actionable stories, collaborate across locations, and drive shift-left CI/CD adoption.

You will lead core tech stacks (C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Angular) and enforce secure, scalable cloud architectures with disciplined testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Azure Cloud & Leadership experience with 10–12 years building, configuring, deploying enterprise APIs and websites in Azure.
• Experience guiding and leading an application team to CI/CD and shift-left practices.
• Familiarity with Azure Gov Cloud, FedRAMP, FISMA, and Zero Trust Architecture is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Translate software requirements into structured agile user stories, tasks, and reference documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional units across geographies to ship resilient software with environmental parity.
• Lead the team through pre-dev test authoring, agile story development, and maintaining RTM depth.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines are optimized and automated tests pass, with quick remediation of defects.
