Job summary

Somerset Staffing seeks a Lead Full-Stack Application Developer (.NET & Azure) to own Azure-based software delivery across distributed Scrum teams. This remote/hybrid role requires hands-on leadership and deep technical expertise in APIs, websites, and deployment pipelines.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, drive shift-left quality and security, and ensure rapid, reliable releases.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in enterprise API/website development on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience guiding an application team to CI/CD and shift-left practices.
• Familiarity with Azure Gov Cloud, FedRAMP, FISMA, and Zero Trust is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate software requirements into structured agile user stories, tasks, and reference docs.
• Lead and mentor scrum teams across multiple geographic locations.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines pass, remediate security findings prior to deployment.
• Manage feature flags and environmental parity across deployments.
• Own performance tuning, resiliency, and disaster-recovery readiness.
