Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design with leadership experience.
• Expertise in CFD, FEA, and other advanced simulation techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, Siemens NX) and PLM systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive risk mitigation.
• Experience working in a distributed, remote engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for mechanical engineering projects and align with company objectives.
• Oversee design lifecycle from concept through validation and prototyping.
• Develop and implement advanced mechanical design solutions using CAD/CAE tools.
• Perform stress, thermal, and other simulations to ensure reliability under demanding conditions.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and QA to enable product integration and scale-up.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to promote best practices.
