The role focuses on liquid cooling systems for servers and semiconductor test equipment, offering remote work within the US or onsite in Austin, TX, relocation assistance, and a management level position with people leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MS/PhD preferred.
• 8+ years in mechanical design and verification; lead complex programs.
• Experience with liquid cooling systems, thermal management, heat exchangers.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical/thermal design of advanced liquid cooling and heat exchangers.
• Mentor engineers and supervise mechanical layouts with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate design reviews and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Manage external suppliers and input to roadmaps; communicate with stakeholders.
