Qualifications

• Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills with pivot tables.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality standards to provide reliable insights.
• Monitor marketing and business metrics, identify growth opportunities, perform root cause analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Design, prioritize, and evaluate marketing experiments and A/B tests to optimize acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Develop, maintain, and improve analytical and predictive models for attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating analytical workflows and implementing best practices in marketing measurement.
