enGen is seeking a Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer/Lead Mainframe Platform Engineer to drive design, implementation, and care of critical mainframe systems. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
5+ years in mainframe or related IT roles.
Experience with z/OS, DB2, IMS, CICS, MQ and automation.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of mainframe systems.
Mentor junior engineers and lead complex projects.
Ensure high availability and performance across geographically dispersed data centers.
