enGen seeks a Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer/Lead Mainframe Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain critical mainframe systems. The role focuses on z/OS, SMP/E, COUPLING FACILITY, and IBM Automation, leading projects, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior engineers in a dispersed data center environment.

Responsibilities include collaborating across IT, product, analytics, and business teams, ensuring high availability, and driving platform improvements with 24x7 on-call readiness.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in design, implementation and maintenance of mainframe systems.
• Expert level z/OS Mainframe Systems Programming background including SMPE.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills; able to lead complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, design, code, test and implement technical solutions with minimal defects.
