Highmark Health seeks a Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer/Lead Mainframe Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain critical mainframe systems. The role requires deep z/OS, DB2, IMS, CICS expertise and leadership across dispersed data centers.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive platform improvements, and ensure high availability. Collaboration with IT, product, analytics, and business teams is essential, with on-call responsibilities and 24x7 readiness.

Formación

• 5+ years in mainframe design, coding, testing and implementation with minimal defects.
• Strong problem solving, collaboration and project delivery skills.
• Experience mentoring other engineers and leading complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation and maintenance of core mainframe platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, product and analytics teams to gather requirements.
• Monitor progress, document processes and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive availability and performance improvements in a dispersed data center environment.
