Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Lead IT Analyst to support ServiceNow AI solutions and knowledge management across remote teams. You will organize, validate, and optimize AI-driven content, working with administrators, developers, and stakeholders to close content gaps.

The role emphasizes proactive testing of AI outputs, collaboration across IT units, and mentoring teammates to deliver projects on time while maintaining data quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Active ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS or similar).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to lead initiatives and drive work to completion.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Remote-work eligibility in listed states.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Develop, organize, maintain, and validate knowledge content used by ServiceNow AI tools.
• Ensure information is accurate, searchable, and optimized for AI-driven experiences.
• Partner with ServiceNow admins, developers, and stakeholders to improve knowledge management processes.
• Analyze ServiceNow tickets and trends to identify content gaps and improvements.
• Assist with testing and validating AI-generated responses and recommendations.
• Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Mentor teammates and drive project deliverables to completion.
• Collaborate across IT teams to support enterprise initiatives.
