Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow experience with ticket management, platform usage, and support.
• Active ServiceNow certification(s) required (CSA, CAD, CIS, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to lead initiatives through influence.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Develop, organize, validate, and maintain knowledge content for AI tools.
• Ensure information is accurate, searchable, and optimized for AI-driven experiences.
