Sentara Health is seeking a Lead IT Analyst to drive ServiceNow AI initiatives from a remote setting. You will shape knowledge content, validate AI outputs, and partner with IT teams to optimize knowledge management across enterprise systems.

The role requires ServiceNow expertise, a relevant degree, and certifications, with strong communication and leadership capabilities to mentor teammates and deliver projects on time.

Qualificações

• Experience using the ServiceNow platform and related modules.
• Active ServiceNow certification (CSA/CAD/CIS or other).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Develop, organize, maintain, and validate knowledge content for ServiceNow AI tools.
• Ensure information is accurate, searchable, and optimized for AI-driven experiences.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow admins, developers, and business stakeholders to improve knowledge management.
• Analyze tickets and trends to identify content gaps and improvements.
• Test and validate AI-generated responses and recommendations.

Conhecimentos

ServiceNow platform experience

Formação académica

High School Diploma or GED

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/Healthcare Informatics
