Sentara Health is seeking a Lead IT Analyst to drive the adoption of ServiceNow AI solutions and optimize knowledge content for AI-driven experiences. This fully remote role supports multiple states across the U.S. and collaborates with IT teams and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a ServiceNow certification, has 3+ years of ServiceNow experience and 5+ years in IT, and can mentor others while delivering project outcomes.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, CIS or equivalent) required.
• 3 years ServiceNow experience including ticket management and admin support preferred.
• 5 years general IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow use may be considered.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Develop, organize, maintain, and validate knowledge content used by ServiceNow AI tools.
• Ensure information is accurate, searchable, and optimized for AI-driven experiences.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow admins, developers, and business stakeholders to improve knowledge management.
• Analyze ServiceNow tickets and trends to identify content gaps and improvements.
• Assist with testing and validating AI-generated responses and recommendations.
• Mentor teammates and drive project deliverables to completion.
• Work independently and with IT teams to support enterprise initiatives.
