Sentara Health is recruiting a Lead IT Analyst for a fully remote role supporting ServiceNow AI initiatives. You will manage knowledge content, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with admins, developers, and stakeholders to enhance AI-driven IT services.

The ideal candidate brings 3 years of ServiceNow experience and 5 years of IT experience, along with active ServiceNow certifications. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and remote work options.

Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow platform and ticket management.
Strong knowledge management and knowledge content validation for AI/IT use cases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow AI solutions.
Develop, organize, maintain, and validate knowledge content used by ServiceNow AI tools.
Ensure information is accurate, searchable, and optimized for AI-driven experiences.
Partner with ServiceNow admins, developers, and stakeholders to improve knowledge management.
Analyze ServiceNow tickets and trends to identify content gaps and improvements.
Assist with testing and validating AI-generated responses and recommendations.
Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Mentor teammates and drive project deliverables to completion.
Work independently and with IT teams on enterprise initiatives.
