Job summary

Correlation One is seeking a Lead Instructor in Cybersecurity to deliver live virtual instruction to large cohorts across multiple time zones. You will partner with operations teams and contribute to curriculum development, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.

Qualifications

3–5 years of cybersecurity or related technical field experience.
Degree in a technical field.
CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent (e.g., CISM).
Previous teaching experience, preferably in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and lead live virtual classroom sessions delivering cybersecurity instruction to 200–8,000+ learners across multiple time zones.
Deliver technical content on cybersecurity topics including networking, Kali Linux, endpoint security, and Security+ certification training.
Manage class engagement, monitor Q&A and chat flow, adjust pacing for diverse learner needs, and maintain strong learner engagement.
Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel on program delivery, scheduling, and curriculum improvement.
Contribute to lesson design, development, and refinement based on learner feedback and evolving program needs.
