Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead live virtual classroom sessions delivering cybersecurity instruction to 200–8,000+ learners across multiple time zones.
• Deliver technical content on cybersecurity topics including networking, Kali Linux, endpoint security, and Security+ certification training.
• Manage class engagement, monitor Q&A and chat flow, adjust pacing for diverse learner needs, and maintain strong learner engagement.
• Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel on program delivery, scheduling, and curriculum improvement.
• Contribute to lesson design, development, and refinement based on learner feedback and evolving program needs.

As a Lead Instructor in Cybersecurity, you will deliver live virtual instruction on cybersecurity fundamentals to large cohorts (100–8,000+ learners) across synchronous online sessions, partner with operations teams, and contribute to curriculum development.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and lead live virtual classroom sessions delivering cybersecurity instruction to 200–8,000+ learners across multiple time zones
• Deliver technical content on cybersecurity topics including networking, Kali Linux, endpoint security, and Security+ certification training
• Manage class engagement, monitor Q&A and chat flow, adjust pacing for diverse learner needs, and maintain strong learner engagement
• Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel on program delivery, scheduling, and curriculum improvement
• Contribute to lesson design, development, and refinement based on learner feedback and evolving program needs

What You Need

• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related technical field
