Job summary

Correlation One is seeking dynamic GenAI Lead Instructors to deliver high-quality GenAI training sessions to businesses, professionals, and tech enthusiasts. The role involves educating participants on GenAI concepts, building practical AI assistants, and connecting AI to real workflows.

You will run live sessions, provide guidance to participants, and ensure responsible AI use, with 3–5 hours weekly over programs lasting 5–10 weeks, remote or occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, prompt engineering, and AI assistants.
• Experience building AI assistants integrated with business data.
• Public speaking or training experience.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences including executives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal Correlation One team to provide curriculum feedback.
• Act as GenAI subject matter expert in internal and client projects.
• Stay current on AI models and enterprise integration.
• Lead live sessions and hands-on workshops for clients.
• Guide participants and foster collaborative learning.
• Teach responsible AI use and data handling.
