Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for an inflammation program. This sponsor-dedicated, remote-US role requires ownership of studies from start-up through closeout, driving execution with cross-functional teams and strong vendor oversight.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with clinical operations and external partners to deliver on milestones, mitigate risks, and maintain study integrity across complex protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience leading Phase 2b inflammation studies is preferred.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and execution leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up to closeout.
• Lead vendor management and oversight of external partners/CROs.
• Drive cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups, ensuring accountability.
• Draft and review key study documents and support operational planning and budgeting.
