Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for Inflammation to lead end-to-end study execution in a sponsor-dedicated, remote US environment. You will own timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination across a complex Phase 2b program, partnering with vendors and internal teams to deliver on milestones.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strategic oversight, and operational excellence in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities to mentor staff and influence

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience running trials from start-up through closeout across the full lifecycle.
• Experience with complex Phase 2b studies in inflammation.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.
• Ability to drive study execution independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up to closeout.
• Manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain deep operational awareness across all trial aspects; work in the weeds when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and implement quick operational solutions.
• Lead vendor management and oversee external partners and CROs.
• Train CROs, investigators, study coordinators, and vendors on protocol requirements.
