Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for inflammation, remote within the US. You will own end-to-end study execution from start-up to closeout in a sponsor-dedicated environment, leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors to keep the program on track.

The role requires strong operational leadership, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a track record of independently driving study progress in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management in clinical research.
• Experience running trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience with complex Phase 2b inflammation studies.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.
• Ability to drive study execution in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of a complex Phase 2b inflammation study.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across workstreams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and implement solutions.
• Provide oversight of vendors and CROs, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and follow-up.
