Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for an inflammation program in a sponsor-dedicated, remote-US-only setting. You will own end-to-end trial execution from startup through closeout, leading cross-functional teams and managing CRO relationships in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on operational leadership, strategic oversight, and driving study progress with accountability and collaboration across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience running clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience with inflammation therapeutic area and CRO/vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end clinical trial execution from startup to closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations across multiple workstreams.
• Lead vendor management and oversight of CROs and external partners.
• Mentor or support junior team members within a matrixed global environment.
